When will I receive my order?

Our standard turnaround for our bows and arrows is 1-2 weeks. Although most orders ship out within 3-5 business days, orders that contain upgrades may need a few more days to complete.

What is your recommended brace height?

We recommend a 6-7" brace height on our bows.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

We do offer international shipping with a minimum product purchase of $100. Please email sales@ringingrocksarchery.com with what you would like to purchase as well as your full shipping address to get a quote for your order.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer free same-day cancellation for standard orders. As all of our orders are made to spec, we charge a 10% cancellation fee after the first day. Custom orders are non-refundable. If your order has already shipped, please see our return/exchange policy below.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All authorized merchandise must be returned undamaged and in new condition. Any alterations to the products, including sanding, laminations, stains, and the like do not qualify for returns. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for items after 2 weeks for unfinished products and after 30 calendar days from the date of receipt for finished products. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shortage and damage claims must be made within 5 business days from the receipt date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packaging materials for carrier inspection. Ringing Rocks Archery cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. All approved refunds will be issued using original payment method or account credit, to be determined by Ringing Rocks Archery. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns or exchanges. Any products returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Custom and customized orders (with upgrades like pistol grip, tru-center radiused arrow shelf, tip overlays, fine sanding, staining, etc) are non-returnable.

All defect claims must be made through Ringing Rocks Archery prior to shipping the product back. The buyer must first contact Ringing Rocks Archery via phone or email to begin the defective claim process. A Return Authorization number will be issued if the product is defective or in need of further inspection. Upon receipt of the product, Ringing Rocks Archery bowyers will inspect and test the product. If the product is determined to be defective, Ringing Rocks Archery will issue a full refund for the product and all incurred shipping charges.
