This bow is a perfect base for both hunting and target shooting. You can shoot right out of the package, or you can choose to finish the bow and turn it into your own personalized masterpiece!
Please note that the draw length for this bow is 28", but all of our bows are safe to a 32" draw, so do not hesitate if you have a longer draw!
*Please note that there is an additional $5 charge for 5lb draw weights above 60lbs.

English long bow
This is an awesome bow at an affordable price. These guys know what they're doing when it comes to making bows. There was basically no finishing left for me to do. All I had to do was apply some linseed oil and sow on a leather handle(purely asthetics). There are no run offs of the grain on the bow, the grain pattern is almost perfectly straight. I really can't say enough good things about this bow.

True Self Bow
This is an excellent product - but truly "bare bones" as advertised! You'll need to sand it down, treat it with stain and sealant, and glue on a leather hand hold of your choice if you want - but this is half the fun. The other half of the fun is to find out what it was really like to be an English archer in the Middle Ages. It takes strength and skill, so my suggestion is to buy a lighter pull weight than you might think you are ready for, and be patient as you find out that it is not as easy to plant arrows where you want them as with "modern" bows without a lot of practice.
